We are always looking for ways to improve and expedite your job documentation process while also not compromising important information we need to obtain to effectively work your claim.

Here’s what has changed:

Preliminary Form:

• Simplified the Tree Section by removing select fields that we have found to be minimally used or relevant in the information needed by the carriers (Critical Lift markup Photo and Log Weight Pro photo).

• The certification page has been moved to the Service visit form

• Simplified the hazards and Barriers section

• Updated the Entry & Exit section to combine the crane set up photo (previously located in the Tree section)with the Entry & Exit photo and added an example photo for reference.

Service Visit Form:

• Removed the following fields:

-Other companies

-Shared crane set up for neighboring properties

-Receipt for crane rental

-Extra notes at the bottom of the form

• Personnel has been changed from a checkbox to a drop down

• Cranes are broken down into Knuckleboom and Stick

• Crane Set up question added

• Crane certification(s) have been moved from the Preliminary form and are now located in the crane field(s).
